I have made a quilt in honor of a dear friend of mine who lives with MS. Every year Delaware has a fundraising event for MS called Bike to the Bay. After losing 30 pounds, I was going to participate in this year's event, however, I injured my back and am unable to ride. Instead, I decided to help raise money for the team I was going to bike with, Riders with Hope. This quilt was made with all batiks with the exception of the white, which is a quilter's kona cotton. It is in the process of being machine quilted by Deanna Utley of
Appoquinimink Quilting. The pattern is Jewel Box by Eleanor Burns. Please feel free to
